Harvested on the steep flanks of the Galeras Volcano, on luxuriant slopes that are sometimes covered with a thin layer of volcanic ash, a precious phenomenon that promotes the health of coffee trees.
These farms are located at high altitudes, near the equator, graced with long hours of daytime sunshine and cool nights. Hence, the coffee plants grow slower. Once the cherries ripen, they offer a particularly complex and abundantly sweet cup.
